If you have given thought
to writing your own CD-ROM's or are currently "burning" them this book is
necessary reading. The book written by Dana Parker and Robert Starrett covers everything
from CD recorder specification and comparisons on some of the latest
hardware and
software. To the problems that you may encounter while using the aforementioned products.
(no its not as easy as it looks!)
The different
formats used to create a CD ROM are also explained in detail.
A companion CD is also included with the
soft cover book.
The CD contains demo programs from some of the manufacturers of CD RECORDABLE software as
well as shareware. Their is also a very complete list of vendors for where to purchase the
necessary equipment and supplies along with the full text of the book itself
