CD ROM Professional's
CD-Recordable Handbook

Reviewed by Harry Eaton

If you have given thought to writing your own CD-ROM's or are currently "burning" them this book is necessary reading. The book written by Dana Parker and Robert Starrett covers everything from CD recorder specification and comparisons on some of the latest hardware and software. To the problems that you may encounter while using the aforementioned products. (no its not as easy as it looks!)

The different formats used to create a CD ROM are also explained in detail.

A companion CD is also included with the soft cover book. The CD contains demo programs from some of the manufacturers of CD RECORDABLE software as well as shareware. Their is also a very complete list of vendors for where to purchase the necessary equipment and supplies along with the full text of the book itself
